Boots clue to theft
CAMPERDOWN Police are seeking information on an alleged offender after a vehicle was stolen in Manifold street last Sunday.
Leading Senior Constable Kate Schroder said the incident occurred at 2.10am on Sunday, December 7 at the Cascade Motel at 311 Manifold Street.
She said police have CCTV footage of the alleged offender from the owner of the Cascade Motel.
“A grey Ford Falcon G6E with registration 1XF 2AG was stolen from the entrance of Cascade Motel,” Ld Snr Const Schroder said.
“The alleged offender is described as a caucasian female with bleached blonde hair.
“She was wearing a light-coloured skirt or pants, and white boots with black elastic sides.
“The boots were pretty distinctive.
“If anyone has any information – because the boots are very distinctive, someone may have seen this female wearing those boots – they can contact Camperdown Police or Crime Stoppers if they want to do it anonymously.”
